  • 2. Step-by-Step Recruitment & Immigration Process

Step 1: Job Application & Screening

Candidates submit their CVs and required documents to Euro Job Services. Our team evaluates skills and experience to match them with the right employer. Interviews are conducted (online or in-person) to assess job suitability.

Step 2: Employer Selection & Contract Signing

The employer reviews the candidate’s profile and selects suitable applicants. A formal job offer is issued for signing.

Step 3: Work Permit & Visa Processing

We submit the required documents to Romanian immigration authorities. The employer applies for the work permit on behalf of the candidate. Once the work permit is approved, the candidate applies for a long-stay work visa at the Romanian Embassy in their home country.

Step 4: Medical Tests & Clearance

The candidate undergoes a medical check-up to confirm fitness for work. The medical certificate is submitted along with the visa documents.

    Step 5: Travel Arrangements & Pre-Departure Training

We assist in booking flights and travel arrangements. Candidates attend a pre-departure orientation covering Romanian work culture, legal requirements, and job expectations.

Step 6: Arrival in Romania & Job Placement

Upon arrival, our team assists with airport pickup and accommodation (if arranged by the employer). Workers complete the residence permit registration and start working as per the contract. We provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and adaptation.
